The second you hear this address it is apparent that expectations will be high in terms of finish and quality. Overlooking Hyde Park at the rear and facing onto Knightsbridge at the front, it just does not get much better. This block competing with the Mandarin Oriental and the brand new 1 Hyde Park, does not fail to deliver in terms of street scape, so a quality interior was what was needed here!

Opening up the space available, the use of porcelain floor tiles throughout the entire area and the introduction of air conditioning ensure that our clients maintain their familiar ambience and Middle Eastern flavour.

With the introduction of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, satisfying Parkside's own management committee and the City of Westminster department of building control was key to allow London Heritage to carry out the works in the first instance. The introduction of wet areas and wet systems in order to prevent water escaping meant that project management was of utmost importance to ensure that we did not lose time and blow the program.

You can see from the photographs that no expense was spared to create this calm, clean and very cool interior. London Heritage completed 32 Parkside on time and on budget, with a further recommendation for other works to follow.
