London Heritage Design (LHD) has an infrastructure that is just right, so we can perform competitively and be streamlined in our approach to costs and budgeting, whilst still giving the security, service and confidence of a large business.

We have been privileged to have worked for clients such as House of Fraser, Store House, Dixons, the Mothercare/Habitat group, Royal Life Estates, Barnard Marcus, Cluttons, Lombard Odier (Private Bank), Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, the Royal family of Quatar, Abela Corporation, Graff diamond merchants, Riverside Studios, The Great Frog, The Crazy Pig, and many high-wealth private individuals. Patrick Panioty (Owner)

As the founder of London Heritage Design, Patrick has a wealth of experience in all areas, including working as an electrical engineer, expertise in lighting and space management and interior design. Patrick has been in the service industry since 1982 running an electrical installation and contracting business. Finding a passion for the whole project, he expanded the business to complete internal turnkey projects, ranging from shop-fitting and residential refurbishments to reception areas and boardrooms. Patrick usually adopts the role of Design Project Manager, co-ordinating and liaising with the client to ensure they are totally satisfied with the finished product.

Sean Nicolson (Contracts Manager)

Sean Nicolson has 26 years experience in the building industry as a trained carpenter and bricklayer initially using his wide experience to manage his own projects. London Heritage Design has been fortunate to secure Sean on a full time basis. He is the engine of LHD, project managing the numerous ongoing sites.
